Lori started coming up with innovative solutions in 1992 while at
93′ Shadow Traﬁic, where she created the Trade Marketing department and used media
to signiﬁcantly reduce corporate cash expense. When Shadow was acquired by
Westwood One in I998 (and the purchase of Metro Networks in 1999), Lori became
VP of Trade Marketing, and built the department into valuable assets worth more
than $22 million. She advanced her skills even further while VP of Operations at
Innovative Travel Marketing, a barter agency that specializes in the hotel and
hospitality industry, before co-founding Detail Management. LLC in 2004.

Mary Ellen Conforti
(Event Planner) Mary Ellen began her career in the Trade Marketing department at
Westwood One. She was quickly promoted to manager, responsible for acquiring
and managing all barter assets and internal accounting systems. She put
Westwood One’s barter assets to practical use, coordinating travel logistics for over
90 markets, including contest winners, affiliates and promotions. She co-founded
Detail Management, LLC in 2004.
Mary Ellen is a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross and was a recent
recipient of the Dale Carnegie Sales Presentation Championship Award.
(Project Manager) Michelle Fiddler is a marketing and management expert with more
than 19 years of experience fueling revenues and market visibility by spearheading
marketing efforts in lifestyle brands, music, ﬁlm, home entertainment, publishing,
and digital media platforms. Throughout her career, Michelle has held marketing
roles of increasing responsibility in magazine publishing, home video, independent
ﬁlm, television, music, and lifestyle/luxury brands at companies such as AOL
Music, Live Nation, WamerVision Entertainment, SonyBMG, and SpaFinder.
With such extensive strategic nmrketing and management experience, Michelle
brings a brand-focused, career-building perspective to her clients, to whom she
provides marketing and event services.
Michelle holds a B.A. in American Studies from the College of Arts and Sciences
at Brandeis University. In 2005, Michelle won Best New Artist Launch from
Radio & Records nngazine for the original web series This IS Shannon Brown,
paving the way forothermusic artiststouse a web seriesas a vital tool for music
marketing. She is a member of the Country Music Association (CMA), the
Academy of Country Music (ACM), the National Academy of Recording Arts
and Sciences (NARAS), and the Film Society of Lincoln Center. Michelle is also
a proud alumna of NashvilIe’s Leadership Music program, a nonproﬁt educational
organization with a mission of establishing a knowledgeable, issue oriented community of music industry professionals
